What we collect and why

We do not collect payment information and do not sell data to third parties.
Data processors we use
- Supabase – database and authentication (stored in EU/EEA)
- Vercel – web hosting (stored in EU/EEA)
- Google – place search via Places API (no personal data sent to Google)
Retention
Account data is deleted when you delete your account. Halal reports may be retained in anonymised form to maintain service quality.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, and lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (Norway's data protection authority): www.datatilsynet.no

Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies for login. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Visitor statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics (number of visits, which pages, and approximate source – e.g. Instagram). The tool does not use cookies and does not collect any information that can identify you.
